How it works

Upload. Generate. Export.

Three steps, shown here with the Report Narrator. Your indicator data goes in; a donor-formatted progress report comes out.

1

Upload your file

Excel or CSV indicators, baselines and targets, and actuals in the Logiqa template. No file to hand? Type them in directly.

2

Set the frame

Pick the donor format, the analytical approach and the reporting period. Add last quarter's report if you want the trends explained. Then generate.

3

Export a deliverable

A Word file, structured the way the reviewer expects it. Edit it, save it to your library, or send it as it is.

Data & privacy

Your program data is not our training data.

M&E professionals handle beneficiary records, partner interviews and unpublished results. Logiqa was designed around that fact, not retrofitted for it.

  • Stateless processingUploaded files are never persisted server-side. Only the outputs you choose to save are stored, with the source file names kept for traceability.
  • No model training on your contentThe AI providers behind Logiqa are used through enterprise APIs with zero data retention. Your indicators and transcripts do not improve anyone else's results.
  • Encrypted and access-controlledData is encrypted in transit and at rest. Processing runs on European infrastructure, and no one at Logiqa can open your programme content unless you grant access for a support request.
  • Sources cited, quotes traceableEvery theme points back to the transcript it came from; every narrative line maps to an indicator row. You can defend the output to a reviewer.

Two things worth your time before you ever log in: the blueprint, and the person who wrote it.

Practitioner blueprint

Closing the Loop

A blueprint on community participation in M&E, built from 66 practitioner contributions. What it costs communities when the loop stays open — and how to close it.

Ibrahima Coulibaly Founder, Logiqa · Author of Closing the Loop

Twenty years of monitoring and evaluation across more than thirty countries taught me three things: we measure too much, we learn too little, and we spend more time making programs look successful than helping them succeed. Logiqa is my attempt to give that time back.
